This 3,211 Sq. Ft, 4 BR/ 3.5 BA Laguna Niguel home in the well-sought-out gated neighborhood of Links Pointe had a dramatic remodel which we worked on in conjunction with Westview Homes. It included, (but was not limited to) an open floor plan to open up the kitchen to the living room while raising ceiling heights and adding architectural features. Working in conjunction with,We created a serene sitting area with new, modernized stone flooring by designing a gated, private courtyard in the front with a custom-designed fountain while adding french doors to the once closed off dining room, giving this home an “ultimate California indoor-outdoor” living experience. The home’s exterior has also been modernized with all new doors, windows, lighting, and a smooth stucco finish. From point of entry and throughout, we created continuity and wanted to enhance this home’s amazing views while showcasing two-story vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and a large 3-panel slider as it overlooks the beautiful El Niguel Country Club golf course. The master suite has it all – an oversized, custom walk-in closet, separate seating area, and a fully updated bathroom with designer finishes.  Additionally, new closet doors, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting (with smart lighting plan) have all been installed. The elegant kitchen features quantum quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, shaker soft close cabinets and drawers, floating shelves, a giant island with bar seating, and a breakfast nook. The laundry room has been fully redesigned and reconfigured to allow more storage and space. Room finishes include new tile flooring, a new sink and quartz countertops.
