In collaboration with Westview Homes, this whole-house remodel reimagined the layout and functionality of the space to create a modern, open-concept design. The transformation began with the kitchen, where we prioritized openness and flow. By incorporating a large island with ample seating, the kitchen now serves as a central hub that seamlessly connects to the living room, dining area, and expansive backyard views.

One of the most significant changes was converting the original front-facing living room into a versatile fourth bedroom/office with its own private exterior access. This flexible space adds both value and functionality, offering options for a guest room, home office, or multi-purpose area.

To further enhance efficiency, we designed and incorporated a mudroom between the garage and front entrance. This space provides a practical drop zone for shoes, coats, and daily essentials, supporting a more organized lifestyle.

The overall design emphasizes clean lines and a minimalistic, modern aesthetic. Neutral finishes were chosen to create a timeless, versatile canvas that allows future homeowners to personalize the space with their own style and decor. The result is a thoughtfully designed home that blends style, functionality, and flexibility — perfect for modern living.
