This project reimagines both the primary bathroom and a former “Jill & Jill” layout through a thoughtful, architecture-driven approach that enhances flow, function, and long-term livability.

In the primary suite, the existing hallway presented an opportunity to introduce a dedicated water closet while aligning the plumbing allowed the transition from a single to a double vanity—significantly improving storage and daily usability. These strategic layout adjustments also made room for a grand double-door entry into the primary closet, creating a more open and intentional connection between spaces. The overall result is a refined bathroom that respects the home’s original character while incorporating modern updates with a subtle, contemporary edge.

The secondary bathrooms were originally configured as a shared “Jill & Jill” space connected through the shower. This layout was fully reworked into two independent bathrooms, each featuring its own generously sized shower to provide privacy and comfort. While both spaces share a cohesive design language, carefully selected variations in finishes allow each bathroom to express the individuality of each daughter within a timeless and sophisticated framework.

Throughout the project, design decisions were guided by the home’s architectural integrity and the family’s long-term needs. High-quality plumbing fixtures were selected for durability, performance, and refined aesthetics, ensuring each space feels personal, functional, and enduring—designed to serve the family for years to come.
